I’m Wulan, a content and communication strategist working with healthcare and professional services.
Much of the work in healthcare and care-focused services is specialised and meaningful, but not always easy to explain. I often see strong services struggle to communicate their approach clearly across content, articles, and outreach.
My role is to bring structure to communication. I support teams through clear content, empathetic and evidence-based articles, and structured, professional outreach so their expertise is better understood and inquiries feel more aligned.
